The following information must be submitted in writing:

  • Current Professional Name
  • SAG-AFTRA ID Number
  • Your Professional Signature
  • E-mail Address

Members Currently on the E-mail List:

To Update Your E-mail Address: If you would like to change your e-mail address, please send an e-mail to emailupdate@sagaftra.org and include the following information:

  • Current Professional Name
  • SAG-AFTRA ID Number
  • Prior E-mail Address Listed With The Guild
  • New E-mail Address

 

To Delete Your E-mail Address:

If you would like to remove your e-mail address from our database, please send an e-mail to emaildelete@sagaftra.org and include the following information:

  • Current Professional Name
  • SAG-AFTRA ID Number

 

Providing us with the above information will allow us to process your request in a timely manner. Member requests for removal from the SAG-AFTRA E-Mail List will cause your e-mail address to be removed from the Member Database entirely and you will not receive any future e-mail correspondence of any nature from SAG-AFTRA. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide categories of e-mail at this time. Please be sure you wish to be removed entirely before submitting your request. If you should have any questions regarding the removal of your e-mail address, please do not hesitate to contact our Data Processing Department at (323) 549-6791.
