All members were recently sent a letter from SAG-AFTRA regarding a 2014 Income Statement for self-reported earnings. This is a friendly reminder to please return your income statement by mail or to report this information online by this Friday, Feb. 27, 2015.
The Income Statement assists your union in independently verifying earnings reported to us by your employers for ALL 2014 payments, royalties and residuals covered by SAG-AFTRA, SAG and AFTRA contracts. Failure to report accurate information may cause an incorrect amount of dues to be assessed. (A complete description of what constitutes earnings is included on the Income Statement.) If you have zero SAG-AFTRA earnings for 2014 you do not need to complete the 2014 Income Statement form.
To report this information online, click here to log in to your member account at SAGAFTRA.org. If you fill out this information online, there is no need for you to return the Income Statement by mail.
