The good news is your membership card is available on your phone through the free SAG-AFTRA member app.

Your digital membership card can be used in all circumstances where the physical card can be used. If you would like to go green and opt out of receiving the plastic card in the future, please click here.

To receive a replacement physical card, please contact Membership Services by calling (855) 724-2387. You may be assessed a $15 replacement card fee. 

If you lost or misplaced your card and need proof of membership for work clearance or event attendance, the digital card on your membership app will work for this purpose, or you may print out a "Good Standing" letter. Please log in below to download your letter.
