2017 National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive

 

The Chicago local is currently collecting nonperishable food items for the 2017 NALC Food Drive. These donations will help to serve many food banks in the Chicago area.

 

We are one of many unions that will be collecting items at their union halls. Last year, 13 unions collected over 130,000 pounds of food for food banks.

 

Here's how you can help:

 

Bring nonperishable food items with you when you stop by the Chicago Local and KMRC.

 

Or, put your nonperishable food items in a bag and leave it by your mailbox on Saturday, May 13. Your letter carrier will deliver your donation to area food banks.
