2023 New Mexico Membership Meeting & Holiday Party

Join fellow SAG-AFTRA New Mexico Local members for this year's New Mexico Local membership meeting & holiday party.

Come out, meet your newly elected local leadership and hear about some of their plans for the coming year. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and get caught up on all things SAG-AFTRA New Mexico.

We are also fortunate to have a special guest with us this year: Amber Dodson, Director of the New Mexico Film Office, will be joining us for part of the meeting. Amber was previously the Film Liaison for the City of Albuquerque and prior to that worked in film and TV production, business development and marketing/advertising.

Learn more about the important role Amber and the film office play in the NM film & media industry. She will also be discussing how the state incentives work and how they do provide benefits (despite some misconceptions) to YOU as a performer and resident of New Mexico.

The meeting will be followed by the holiday mixer — an opportunity to meet and mingle with your fellow members. In the spirit of the season, we'll be collecting non-perishable food items to give to a local food/resource center that supports our fellow New Mexicans.

This event is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid thru Oct. 31, 2023 or April 30, 2024 or in compliance with the dues relief extension program). Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
