We are sharing information with Hawaii Local members that may be of interest to you on behalf of the Academy for Creative Media and the University of Hawaii, Manoa. The readings are held on Tuesdays from 1:30 - 4:20 p.m., April 9 - 30. These are scheduled to be in-person classes.
Volunteers will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability.
Tuesdays, 1:30 - 4:20 p.m.
- Week 1: Tuesday, April 9
- Week 2: Tuesday, April 16
- Week 3: Tuesday, April 23
- Week 4: Tuesday, April 30
If you are interested in volunteering to perform table reads of student screenplays, please email mericia.palmaelmore@sagaftra.org with the dates you are available and you will be placed on the volunteer list.
The Academy for Creative Reading Workshop is an unpaid stage performance presented to a live audience. Casting will be based on vocal quality and characterizations.
