Are you struggling to hold on to hope during the pandemic?  Perhaps the future seems uncertain, and the loss of normal routines and human connection have you feeling down? This six-week support group will help you foster hope, giving you greater strength and purpose to navigate these challenging times.  Hope is a quality of mind that can be consciously cultivated.

The group will provide skills that help you tap into the hopeful part of yourself.  At the same time, we will support you to toss old baggage, face fears, and change unhelpful thinking styles that make you feel defeated.  To develop hope, we will enhance your sense of safety and support, and use creative exercises to find your personal voice and vision for the future.
