#AdsGoUnion Goes for Four with Stella Adler

Members of the #AdsGoUnion team made their final trip downtown on March 6, and spent two long, comprehensive sessions throughout the day with actors at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting training program. The trip marked the final of three visits to the school, the team was determined to connect with every student. 

Performers and #AdsGoUnion leaders Mhari Sandoval and Josh Evans, along with SAG-AFTRA New York Local staff member Adam Green, gave an overview on commercial acting, outlined the major differences between working on union and non-union productions, and regaled the students with anecdotes from their own careers. The team also gave professional tips and answered questions that ranged from when to join SAG-AFTRA to how to perform with a bear on set (the answer: carefully).
