It has come to our attention that some number of people in the Philadelphia area may not have received a health premium invoice for the quarter beginning July 1, 2014 from AFTRA Health & Retirement. The due date for the July 1 quarter was June 24, 2014. However, we are now in the 30-day late payment period which ends on July 24, 2014 and you are still able to submit your payment to the Funds. If you haven’t already, please be sure you to pay your premium.  You can pay your premium either:

  • Online by going to aftrahr.com. You must have your AFTRA funds number, social security number, and date of birth to access your account. While you are on the AFTRA H&R website, remember that you can sign up for email alerts which can provide a helpful reminder when the premiums are due as well as other electronic updates.
  • By mailing your payment to:
    AFTRA Health Fund Premium
    P.O. Box 5034
    New York, NY 10087-5034

If you have any questions or concerns please contact AFTRA H&R at the information listed below.

Please note that you may have or will receive a system generated communication from the Funds that your coverage is terminated due to non-payment of your premium. If your July 1 payment is received by July 24, your coverage will be backdated to July 1 to ensure continued coverage.
