Audition & Meisner Technique Workshops with Lyralen Kaye

Lyralen Kaye is offering six-week classes focused on learning and perfecting use of the Meisner technique and improving the actors’ auditions for principal, co-star, and guest-starring roles.

The following courses are being offered:

Meisner Level 1—This course serves as an introduction to the Meisner Technique: its history, exercises and techniques, and application both on stage and screen. Classes begin March 19 and continue through April.
When: 11-2 p.m., Saturdays

Fee: $275. SAG-AFTRA members will receive a $75 discount.

Uplevel Your Auditions I—This course focuses on preparing participants before and during auditions. Instruction will include how to handle nervousness and specific techniques in auditioning for various roles. Classes begin April 4 and continue through May.
When: 7-10 p.m., Mondays
Where: 20 Brookely Road
Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
Fee: $300. SAG-AFTRA members will receive a $75 discount.
