AZ-UT Contract Corner - Audiobooks

The amount of work for members has increased steadily with the advent of audiobook digital downloads. In an effort to help local members better understand how to get these jobs under a union contract, the Arizona-Utah Local Conservatory held an event on April 20 with SAG-AFTRA National Director, Audiobooks Jane Love via Zoom. She explained that the union has negotiated contracts with each publisher that cover all types of audiobook work and that there isn’t just one audiobooks agreement.
