With a 20-year history in the worlds of media and entertainment, interactive and experience design, film and animation, she excels in building organizations fueled by innovation, speed and creativity.
Boo was the co-inventor of real-time AR reflection/lighting production tool Mill Cyclops and co-founder of Mill Experience. She is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry publications on the topics of innovation, creativity, technology, VR/AR/MR/XR, Virtual Production and the future of human interactions and marketing. Boo’s work has appeared at the Sundance Film Festival and received recognitions including gold and silver Cannes Lions awards, an Emmy nomination, two Academy Award nominations and one win for “Best Documentary Feature”. She recently earned her a personal distinction through the Advanced Imaging Society’s Distinguished Leadership Award in 2019.
Boo joined Unity as the Director of Live Entertainment in 2021 and is working to forge a game-changing world of shared experiences with Unity’s community of creators, future-facing performers, and worldwide audiences.
