The Austin Script2Screen Team is currently accepting film submissions for their August read. The Script2Screen series is a LIVE read by professional actors of unproduced film or TV scripts before an industry audience. Scripts are rehearsed, directed and performed by professionals before casting directors, producers, directors, potential investors and industry pros for one performance only.
If you would like to submit a feature film script, please send a pdf version with your contact information to Trish Avery at trish.avery@sagaftra.org by June 30. Submissions will be reviewed by the Script2Screen Reading Team and one script will be selected for the August read. Character-driven scripts rather than action are preferred.
Script2Screen is an unpaid stage performance presented to a live audience.
