On Dec. 5, Chicago Local members joined the call to action and took the ongoing strike against ad agency BBH to social media. As part of the #StrikeBBH campaign, members across the country make signs and take photos and videos in front of landmarks particular to their region, and then post them on social media. Some of Chicago’s landmarks featured were the Chicago Theater and the old Marshall Field’s department store clock.

For over 20 years, BBH has been signed to the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts, but recently decided that this agreement no longer applies to them, which means they will no longer be shooting union commercials. Shame on BBH!
