Connections Made at Industry ‘Friendraiser’

On March 4, SAG-AFTRA Michigan Local Board members gathered with agents, writers, directors, producers and union allies to celebrate with the Michigan Film Industry Association for a “friendraiser” cocktail party in beautiful downtown Detroit. MiFIA is an organization dedicated to restoring the state of Michigan to its rightful place as a center of film and television production. Over the course of the evening, SAG-AFTRA members and staff in attendance made valuable new connections and deepened existing relationships.
