Do Not Work Notice: Devatha

Please note that the film entitled Devatha, produced by Edo Natasha and Quantae Love, shooting in and around Honolulu, Hawaii is not signatory to any SAG-AFTRA agreement. The Producers have not executed a minimum basic agreement with SAG-AFTRA in spite of outreach from union staff to company representatives.

Global Rule 1 prohibits any member of SAG-AFTRA from accepting employment with a producer who has not signed an agreement in any jurisdiction in which there is a SAG-AFTRA national collective bargaining agreement in place. Any member who accepts employment on Devatha may be in violation of SAG-AFTRA Global Rule 1 and thus be subject to disciplinary action.
