Senior Advisor, AFL-CIO and AFL-CIO Technology Institute
Ed Wytkind is a senior advisor to the AFL-CIO and its Technology Institute who assists in the development and execution of a labor technology and innovation agenda -- from policy and research & development to bargaining strategies. Ed was a member of the AFL-CIO's senior staff team that managed and completed the work of the AFL-CIO Commission on the Future of Work and Unions and today is involved in various aspects of implementing the commission's recommendations including the 2021 launch of the Technology Institute. Previously, Ed was president of the Transportation Trades Department, AFL-CIO.
