The lab has an excellent team of sound engineers who will help you learn and hone your skills in voiceover, and direct your performance. If you do not have VO Lab eligibility, check the Get Started! information below.

VO Lab Orientation and VO Lab Application are required for VO Lab eligibility.
If you previously completed a VO Lab Application, sign up for a VO Lab Orientation.
Log into your SAG-AFTRA Foundation user account and follow the instructions below.
Once your VO Lab Application is complete, sign up for a EIF VO Lab Orientation (use the links above or the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Events page).
VO Lab Application
- Click Performers Programs.
- Click VO Lab Workshops.
- Under the photo click EIF Voiceover Lab
- Look for the Application link and click it.
- Complete the application.
- Read the User Guidelines and complete the quiz and save/submit.
- Check your email inbox or spam folder for VOL Application Received: Here Are Your Next Steps.
VO Lab Orientation
- Click the Events link at the bottom the SAG-AFTRA Foundation website.
- Click an upcoming EIF VO Lab (NY) Orientation.
- Carefully read the Event Description and Event Rules.
- Click the RSVP or Waitlist button. If no RSVP or Waitlist buttons are visible, then the event is full.
