SAG-AFTRA is pleased to make available the 2013 FIA Handbook on Moral Rights of Performers. The Handbook offers a snapshot of laws and industrial practices concerning the moral rights of performers in almost 30 countries and is available in three languages: English, French and Spanish.
This ground-breaking handbook is a guide to the moral rights of authors, performers and dubbing artists including detailed legal information on international treaties and legislation both stateside and abroad.
The inspiration behind this Handbook was the passage of a resolution at the 20th Congress of the International Federation of Actors (FIA) and the June 2012 World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances.
