The state of Nevada is open for filming! As of June 1, state-wide restrictions were lifted and authority was turned over to each county to enforce any COVID-related mandates. Dozens of productions have already successfully filmed while following COVID-compliant procedures, including the return-to-work safety protocols SAG-AFTRA and its sister unions negotiated with the AMPTP, which remain in place.
Bonus: Qualified productions can apply for the film tax incentive program, which is funded with a fresh $10 million at the start of the fiscal year on July 1.
