The Film & TV Incentive is Permanent- It is Time to Share Your Thanks

As you know, last Friday Governor Baker signed into law the new state budget. Included in the law is a measure removing the expiration date which makes the Massachusetts film incentive program permanent.

This is a huge victory for workers in the industry who can continue a career path here in Massachusetts and for the small businesses that support this industry. Thank you for your continued advocacy as we have worked to make this program permanent. Your phone calls, emails and outreach to your legislators have had a tremendous impact.

We have one more very important step and action: We need to say thank you.
