The Actors Fund and Chicago Federation of Labor invite you and your family to a COVID and flu vaccine clinic for the Chicago performing arts and entertainment community. Whether you are insured or uninsured, you will not want to miss getting your vaccinations.
Flu shots are available for ages 3+.
COVID vaccines offered:
- Pfizer – age 12+ (one of two doses)
- Moderna – age 18+ (one of two doses)
- Johnson & Johnson – age 18+ (one dose)
COVID vaccines available for ages 12+ based on the following:
- Need a first or second dose
- Missed the second dose
- Pfizer booster for those who are eligible
Rapid HIV testing and counseling is also available.
When: Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 from 1-5:30 p.m.
