Jim Henson: In Performance, 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 10
This compilation of rare archival treats illuminates Henson’s creation of classic characters like Rowlf, Ernie, and of course Kermit the Frog.

The American Dream: New York, 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22
CNN’s Cristina Alesci and entrepreneur Russell Simmons join us in person for this preview of the upcoming series.

Visions: TV Dramas from Maya Angelou and Momoko Ito, Saturday, Sept. 24
These important works were recently preserved by the Women's Film Preservation fund (WFPF) of New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT). Executive producer Barbara Schultz and Story editor Sandra Schulberg join us in person.

All Power to the People!, 7:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 30
October 16 marks the 50h anniversary of the founding of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, and we recognize this milestone with a special screening of activist filmmaker Lee Lew Lee’s chronicle of the organization. The screening will be followed by an audience discussion with former members of the Black Panther Party, including author Jamal Joseph.
