Honoring Rolf Rembe

The members of SAG-AFTRA mourn the loss of our dear friend and colleague Rolf Rembe.

As was reported in the latest FIA newsletter, Rolf provided inspired leadership in the campaign to recognize and expand the intellectual property rights of all performers globally while speaking out forcefully against racial and other forms of discrimination.

Those of us at SAG-AFTRA who had the privilege to work closely with Rolf found him to be a warm, open and congenial friend who always made our representatives feel welcome and a part of an international actors family.

His leadership and legacy will always be remembered and his accomplishments will continue to benefit performers around the world for decades to come.

We especially wish to thank his family for sharing him with us over so many years.
