Houston-based members of the Houston-Austin Local viewed the 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at Studio Movie Grill City Centre on Sunday, Jan. 27. Houston’s event, like its counterpart in Austin, also served as a fundraiser for the Texas Motion Picture Alliance, an Austin-based industry advocate for economic and creative incentives geared towards media work in the state. Members and guests alike added a bit of “Texas chic” to their party looks, and enjoyed the night as the awards unfolded in Los Angeles.
