Re:       Important Message Re Voter’s Ballot for the New England Local Election

It has come to our attention that there was an inadvertent error in the alphabetical order of Convention Delegate - Actor/Performer candidates on the New England Local Ballot. Although the voter guide listed the candidates in the correct order, the ballot incorrectly listed the alphabetical order as follows: #51 - GILDA JAMES AND #52 - CHRISTOPHER JAMES. 

If you have already cast your ballot and wish to change your vote based on this information, you may request a replacement ballot.  In order to remedy any confusion that might have been created, the New England Local Elections Committee has determined that, if an original ballot and replacement ballot are received from the same voter, only the replacement ballot will be counted.  You are reminded that replacement ballots may be requested by email at replacementballot@sagaftra.org or by telephone at 323-549-6458 and that requests for replacement ballots will be accepted no later than 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
