LOS ANGELES (September 22, 2004) -- In response to member inquiries, SAG's National Agents Relations Committee (NARC) wants SAG members to know it has been meeting regularly over the last several months and is nearing completion of its exhaustive review of SAG's existing Agency Franchise, also commonly referred to as Rule 16(g). NARC, acting unanimously, will make a detailed presentation at SAG's October national board plenary and recommend possible future courses of action. No details will be released until after the board meeting.
