High Level Summary

The summary represents the current year only.

The definition of “program” and the structure of coverage for the Corporate/Education & Non-Broadcast agreement is far more specific than the short description here; it is worth reviewing the Full Agreement (link) for the details and provisions if you are uncertain of coverage.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

All rates quoted are minimums and do not limit the performer’s right to negotiate for better rates, terms, or conditions of employment.

All programs falling under this agreement are designated as either Category I or Category II:

CATEGORY I

Programs that are designed to train, inform, promote a product or perform a public relations function. They may be exhibited in classrooms, museums, libraries, or similar.

CATEGORY II

Programs that are intended for unrestricted exhibition to the general public, such as where products or services are sold and inside coliseums, railroad stations, air or bus terminals, or shopping centers.

Category II programs may be used in all Category I areas without additional fees, but Category I programs must re-negotiate for use in Category II areas.

SUPPLEMENTAL USE

Supplemental uses, such as release on cable television, are available with additional compensation to the performer. See the Full Agreement (link) for specifics, or feel free to give the department a call.
