High Level Summary:
Covering the employment of On-Camera and Off-Camera performers which includes Singers, Dancers and Background.
Interactive Programs include but are not limited to personal computers, games, machines, arcade games, all CD - Interactive machines and any and all analogous, similar to electronic or any other formats now known or hereafter invented which may be utilized in connection with the project.
Payment Structure:
All rates quoted are minimums and do not limit the performer’s right to negotiate for better rates, terms, or conditions of employment.
High Level Overview:
4 Hour Day: Off-Camera Performers
8 Hour Day: On-Camera Performers
Residuals:
Additional Compensation is an incremental payment made to all principal performers per session, no later than the release date of the Interactive program.
Health and Retirement:
The Health and Retirement Contribution is equal to 17% of the total gross salary including agent’s commission if applicable.
Performer Holiday:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- July Fourth
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Overtime:
On-Camera Performer:
OT for the 9-10th hour is payable at time and one half
OT after the 10th hour is payable at double time
Off-Camera Performer:
For performers engaged on a 4 hour day:
OT for the 5-6th hour is payable at time and a half
OT after the 7th hour is payable at double time
For performers engaged on a 6 hour day:
OT for the 7-8th hour is payable at time and a half
OT after the 9th hour is payable at double time
Weekend Work:
All On-Camera Performers receive double time pay for the 6th and 7th day of work in a work week.
Voiceover (Off-Camera) Performers receive double time for Saturday and Sunday work, regardless of the length of the work week.
Holiday:
When working on any of the IMA holidays, all performers are paid double time for the first eight (8) hours of work.
Vocal Stress:
Employer and Performer both agree to discuss any concerns regarding vocally stressful sessions in an effort to protect performer’s voices.
