High Level Summary
Covering English language recording of a foreign production; live-action and animation only (excludes video games).
The summary represents the current year only.
Covers performers dubbing English and Spanish language sound track used in motion pictures (including television and film) initially produced in another language or the dubbing of English or Spanish language that lacks the appropriate fluency.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
All rates quoted are minimums and do not limit the performer’s right to negotiate for better rates, terms, or conditions of employment.
2 Hour Minimum - Performer
4 Hour Maximum- Singers
RESIDUALS
Category I: Additional 50% of the performer’s initial compensation concurrently with payment for the session to obtain all rights, in perpetuity, to exhibit and distribute the dubbed motion picture in any medium.
Category II: By payment of initial compensation, obtains all rights, in perpetuity, to exhibit and distribute the dubbed motion picture in any medium.
PENSION & HEALTH
The Pension and Health Contribution is equal to 21% of the total gross salary including agent’s commission if applicable.

OVERTIME
Overtime payment can often depend on a nuanced analysis of your worktimes; if you have any questions, please contact the union.
The basics are as follows:
Day Performers: OT for the 9-10th hour is payable at time and one half. OT after 10 hours is payable at double time.
Work time over the session guarantee shall be calculated in one-fourth (¼) hour units.
WEEKEND WORK
Saturday: Payable at time and one half
Sunday or on a Holiday: Paid at double time
If to accommodate the performers schedule would then be compensated at straight time.
VOCAL STRESS
Upon request of the performer, sessions that predominantly contain vocally stressful work will be no longer than two (2) hours.
