At our membership meeting, I reported on our continued need for film incentives. The state is in its legislative fiscal session until June 10. Fiscal sessions occur every two years and deal with revenue and tax-related issues — like incentives.
The Louisiana Film & Entertainment Association (LFEA) lobbies the Louisiana State Legislature on behalf of the local film and entertainment industries. The association represents a unified voice for industry professionals and businesses, and pushes the Legislature to create a stable environment so the industry may continue to grow and thrive.

By joining LFEA, you can stay informed of what's happening regarding the incentives. When calls to action are needed, they happen fast, and the best way to act quickly is to be in the know.
