Join us for a night of fun and fundraising on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 for the inaugural Frank Nelson Celebrity Poker Party. Held at the Mulholland Tennis Club, the evening is hosted by Camryn Manheim and features a celebrity poker tournament, VIP reception, silent auction, and cigar lounge.

Activist, union leader and legendary performer Frank Nelson was instrumental in creating the first-ever Los Angeles Local benefit fund in 1959. Upon his death in 1986, the fund was renamed in his honor.

All proceeds benefit the AFTRA Foundation’s Frank Nelson Sick and Benefit Fund, a non-profit organization providing temporary financial aid and other resources to qualified Union members faced with crisis due to injury, illness or other emergency.

The benefit event is co-chaired by Gabrielle Carteris, SAG-AFTRA national V.P., Los Angeles and Local co-president, and AFTRA Foundation Board and SAG-AFTRA Board member Patrika Darbo.

To join us at the party, get your seat at a table, or to learn more about sponsorship opportunities, please contact Olga Perez at (323) 634-8104 or olga.perez@sagaftra.org.
