SAG-AFTRA joined 18 other organizations on Tuesday representing the full spectrum of the music community – from artists and songwriters to producers and labels and more – to send a letter to President-Elect Donald Trump in advance of his meeting Wednesday with several top technology executives. The letter explains how “music drives innovation” and that “sophisticated technology corporations can do better” in preventing illegal access to music and “paying fair market value.”
