HB 696 by Rep. Jack Montoucet, which provides for changes to the state film tax program, was amended in the House of Representatives. It is scheduled for the Senate Revenue and Fiscal Committee tomorrow, May 29 at 9 a.m.
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED:
Contact members of the senate and ask them to vote against any measure that would make Louisiana less competitive in the entertainment industry. There are a number of items that are not pro-industry and would have a negative impact if passed.
