Whether silly, vampy, magical or nostalgic, the L.A. NGP Committee doesn’t shy away from Halloween.

The Los Angeles NextGen Performers Committee took to Busby’s for their annual party on Oct. 22. Jake Borelli of Grey’s Anatomy hosted the event, with next gen performers mingling with members of the committee, National Board and L.A. Local Board.

With its proximity to Halloween, the party included a film/tv costume contest and guests were encouraged to come dressed as their favorite film or television character. Prizes were awarded to the best costumes. The night showcased a multitude of different costumes — from scary to classy and everything in between.

It was a night to see some of the best TV and film costumes! This member keeps things “top gun” on the red carpet.

This couple harkens back to the days (and nights) of classic Hollywood or maybe Gatsby ...

… While these two pay homage to a Hollywood classic.

But still, sometimes coming as yourself is the best way to party!

“The Mad Hatter” found her way through the looking glass to the red carpet.

“Jack Sparrow” shows some NGP solidarity.

With “Elliot” and E.T. interviewing “Bill Nye the Science Guy,” the costume contest is a case of science fiction going head-to-head against scientific theory.

Members of the SAG-AFTRA National Board and Los Angeles Local Board come out to show the L.A. NextGen Performers Committee some support!
