HB 276 by Rep. Harris - Eliminates the motion picture investor tax credit sets a cap of credits issues to $50 million in 2015, $30 million in 2016 & 2017 and $15 million in 2018. Eliminates the program beginning January 1,  2019.

Plan to come to the Capitol on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 and wear red to show your opposition

  • Plan to come early as parking is very difficult at the Capitol due to construction 
  • Plan to get their early to get a good seat in committee

  • HB 276 would cost the state 10,000- to 30,000 jobs. 
  • HB 276 would devastate production facilities in the State of Louisiana. 
  • HB 276 would negate the State’s investment in infrastructure.
