Beginning April 4, Manhattan Plaza at 400 W 43rd St., New York, New York 10036 is updating its waiting list for Performing Artists. Qualifications will be based on Performing Arts Qualification guidelines and Section 8 Federal guidelines. Interested persons may apply for the lottery through the City of New York Department of Housing, Preservation & Development’s website (Mitchell Lama Connect) or by mailing a postcard to the correct address shown on the informational flyer, también disponible en español.
Postcards must be postmarked no later than May 6, 2024.
