In 1994, Congress passed the King Holiday and Service Act, which transformed Martin Luther King Jr. Day into a day dedicated to volunteer service in honor of Dr. King's legacy.
We honor the dream and celebrate the legacy of Dr. King. Together, let's educate, advocate and activate.
In recognition of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service, SAG-AFTRA offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 15, 2024.
