The new SAG-AFTRA Contact Center proudly launched in May 2016 with representatives located in both Los Angeles and New York. It is the primary support for calls, chats and emails related to membership, billing, residuals, web support, and issues concerning the Television and New Media departments. Currently, the coast-to-coast team consists of 24 people headed by National Director, Customer Service Morgan Tennant; Director, Contact Center Jeremy Doubrava; and Manager, Contact Center Lela Bangaree-Motie. The center is available to serve members Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT / 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.
