Happy Pride and Happy Juneteenth to all! I am moved by these two important celebrations of the diversity of our community, and the importance of the ability to live freely, no matter who you are, what you look like, or who you love. It’s a great time to celebrate the beauty of all of us — in this thing called life — together. I hope you will join us at our upcoming events, where we can gather to celebrate our multifaceted and brilliant community.
On Sunday, June 30, join the SAG-AFTRA contingent at the 2024 NYC Pride March. The New York LGBTQ Committee, your fellow members, and allies will march behind our SAG-AFTRA banner at the oldest Pride celebration in the country. Register now, and I look forward to seeing you there.
On Monday, July 1, the New York Host Committee invites all New York Local members for a meet-and-greet event in Central Park. Join us at the Softball Social to celebrate summer with your fellow SAG-AFTRA members and cheer on the SAG-AFTRA softball team as they represent our union in the Performing Arts Softball League.
