A Message from your Local Leadership

Dear Washington-Mid Atlantic Local Member:

With the impending landfall of Hurricane Florence in the coming days, many of the areas served by the Washington-Mid Atlantic Local of SAG-AFTRA are likely to experience heavy rain and very strong winds. In preparation for this storm, we encourage you to visit the Red Cross’ website for emergency planning tips for you, your family, your pets, and your home. In those areas that will be experiencing flooding, remember “turn around, don’t drown” if you come across a flooded roadway. Whether it’s on a set, in the studio, or out in the community, your safety is important to us.
