Michelle Gutierrez Vo, RN is a president of the California Nurses Association/National Nurses Organizing Committee, and affiliate of National Nurses United. Gutierrez Vo’s has been an RN for more than 25 years and currently works in adult family medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Fremont, CA. She has been active in the Registered Nurse Response Network (RNRN), a disaster-relief project of California Nurses Foundation and NNU. Gutierrez Vo has spoken up for her patients, for safe working conditions for nurses, and for a healthier and more just society in outlets such as TIME, The Washington Post, The Nation, TODAY, Vice, and more.
