Television/Theatrical Contract W&W Performer Caucuses

All SAG-AFTRA members who work the Television/Theatrical contracts are invited to attend upcoming caucuses. The purpose of the caucus is to hear issues or concerns from the membership in advance of the TV/Theatrical negotiations. The agreements expire June 30, 2017 but the time to make your voice heard is now.

Principal Performer Caucus (Intended for performers who have worked under principal contracts including day players, stunts, singers and dancers.)
When: 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21

Background Performer Caucus (Intended for performers who primarily do background work.)
When: 7-9 p.m., Monday, Sept. 26

This is your opportunity to offer your feedback on the provisions of these contracts. 

RSVP: These caucuses are open to all paid up members (paid through Oct. 31, 2016) but space is limited, so please RSVP early to newengland@sagaftra.org. Please indicate which caucus you will be attending.

Email suggestions: Can’t make either caucus? You may email your input to Jessica Maher at jessica.maher@sagaftra.org; it will be shared with the Wages and Working Conditions (W&W) Committee. Email recommendations must be received by Oct. 15.

Caucus meetings are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing — no guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. SAG-AFTRA members, please bring your membership card (paid through Oct. 31, 2016) for admittance.
