New York Local W&W Meeting 6

The SAG-AFTRA New York Local will be conducting wages and working conditions meetings as well as a background caucus in preparation for the negotiations of the TV/Theatrical Contracts, which expire June 30, 2023. 
Proposals for this negotiation are developed through the involvement of members like you. Make your voice heard and participate in this very important process. Meetings are open to all paid-up SAG-AFTRA New York Local members*.

An RSVP, Zoom account displaying the member's name and signing of a confidentiality agreement are required to attend.
 
NEW YORK LOCAL W&W MEETINGS 
Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dec. 6 - Jan. 19, 11 am - 1 pm ET
Except for a holiday break (Dec. 20-Jan. 2) and Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 16).

NEW YORK LOCAL BACKGROUND CAUCUS 
Monday, Jan. 9, 4-6 pm ET (Please see sagaftra.org/2023ww for additional constituency caucuses.)

WHO CAN ATTEND
*W&W meetings are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA New York Local members in good standing. For all meetings on or before December 12, 2022 “good standing” shall mean paid thru Oct. 31, 2022 or April 30, 2023, or in compliance with the November 2022 Dues Relief Extension. After December 12, 2022 “good standing” shall mean paid through April 30, 2023, or in compliance with the November 2022 Dues Relief Extension. No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
 
CAN’T ATTEND A MEETING?
If you cannot attend a W&W meeting or caucus, please make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by email at tvtheatrical2023@sagaftra.org. Recommendations must be received by Friday, Jan. 27, 2023.
 
REQUIRED CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
In order to participate in the wages and working conditions process, you must electronically complete the Confidentiality Agreement sent to you automatically upon your RSVP. You will only need to complete this form once for the entire W&W process.
