On Friday, Feb. 16, SAG-AFTRA New York Local President Ezra Knight was honored in Albany by New York State Comptroller Tomas P. DiNapoli at Rising Changemakers: Recognizing Catalysts for Change and Entertainment Luminaries, a reception in conjunction with the 53rd Annual Conference of the New York State Association of Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislators. The gathering celebrated the remarkable contributions of those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication to their communities. SAG-AFTRA was recognized for undertaking one of the most important labor actions in entertainment industry history and playing a pivotal role in shaping a better future for its members.
