Assaf has been a MENA representation advocate for years. In 2017, he successfully argued for TV/Theatrical contractual recognition of the MENA diversity category. Assaf has filmed network pilots, Guest Starred/Recurred on about 50 TV shows, and appeared in numerous films. He’s narrated dozens of audiobooks and can be heard in video games, looping and dubbing international titles. Assaf holds an MFA in Acting from Rutgers and has performed at regional theaters including SF Shakespeare Festival and South Coast Rep. He’s a former SAG-AFTRA National Board member, and the proud parent of two exquisitely beautiful and loud toddlers.
