Notice About Relativity Media Bankruptcy

On July 30, 2015, Relativity Media and related companies filed a petition for bankruptcy protection in US Bankruptcy Court in New York. SAG-AFTRA and other guilds and unions are actively participating in the bankruptcy case and are in direct contact with Relativity.

We are seeking to secure prompt and full payment of any and all money owed to SAG-AFTRA members, whether the money is for session earnings or residuals.  We will also continue to ensure that all new productions have adequate mechanisms in place to protect our members.
