Notice of Data Breach Affecting Pension/Retirement Participants

SAG-AFTRA members who participate in the SAG-Producers Pension Plan and/or the AFTRA Retirement Fund may receive a letter from Horizon Actuarial Services, LLC making you aware of a data privacy incident that may affect the privacy of some or your personal information. Please note that this incident does not involve any breach of SAG-AFTRA's systems nor of the systems of the SAG-AFTRA Health Plan, the SAG-Producers Pension Plan, nor the AFTRA Retirement Fund.

Horizon Actuarial provides technical and actuarial consulting services for many benefit plans in the United States, and this data breach has affected dozens of their clients' participants.

SAG-AFTRA highly encourages you to activate the free identity monitoring service from Kroll that is being offered. You should also consider placing a fraud alert or credit freeze at the three major credit reporting bureaus listed in the Horizon Actuarial letter: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
