Notice to Low Budget Producers

Effective July 1, 2015, the minimum rates applicable under the Ultra Low Budget Agreement (“ULB Agreement”), the Modified Low Budget Agreement (“MLB Agreement”) and the Low Budget Agreement (“LB Agreement) will increase by 25 percent.  

Additionally, the following is effective July 1, 2015:

1. The budget threshold for the ULB Agreement will increase to $250,000.
2. The budget threshold for the MLB Agreement will increase to $700,000.
   - The Diversity in Casting incentive will increase to $1,050,000.
   - The Background Actor incentive will increase to $112,000.
3. The budget thresholds for the LB Agreement will remain the same.

 Updated agreements will be posted on SAGAFTRA.org on July 1, 2015.
