This seminar is presented as part of the NY Health Care Safety Net Committee’s Health Fair

Join John Dileva Halpern to experience one of the most accessible meditation practices for healing and body-mind awareness. From this spacious and generous experiential reality, one may enter into naturally creative processes. Time will be allowed to contemplate the outer circumstances in our present world, along with our individual capacities to calmly abide and manifest.

Afterwards, John will talk about how to sustain these practical and fluid body-mind states and to liberate and transform mental blocks.

John Dileva Halpern is an award-winning artist and filmmaker, contemplative instructor, and founder of the Institute for Cultural Activism International.
